This Site is operated by Carlos Marcús, also known as The Pirate of The Cacao Bean. Offerings include spiritual events, cacao ceremonies, online and in-person gatherings, retreats, sound and voice activations, and community-based experiences rooted in inner alchemy.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or transmitting harmful or offensive content.

Bookings & Payments

Reservations for events, ceremonies, and retreats can not be made via this Site. If Payment is required to confirm your participation please contact Carlos via mail to carlos@thepirateofthecacaobean.com
 

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations will be accepted depending on the nature of the event. After the events, refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. For retreats, a separate waiver and agreement may apply.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

By participating in any of our events or retreats, you acknowledge that these experiences are transformational in nature. They are designed to support spiritual exploration and inner connection, but are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

You agree to:

1. Disclose any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation.

2. Avoid the use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or plant medicines during events unless explicitly part of the ceremony and guided by us.

3. Accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing during and after participation.​

Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in retreats or ceremonies includes indoor and outdoor activities. By joining, you agree to the following:

1. You understand the nature of the experience and voluntarily accept the risks involved.

2. You release Carlos Marcús, his collaborators, facilitators, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability for injury, illness, damages, or losses incurred during or after the event.

3. You acknowledge that your participation is your own choice and at your own risk.

4. A detailed waiver may be required to sign before joining specific retreats or ceremonies.

Privacy & Communications
